Every
year the Regional Centre confers 'Eminent Chemical Engineer Award' to individuals
who have made outstanding contributions to the chemical engineering profession.
More than 30 eminent chemical engineers have been honored during the last three
years. Merit award and cash prizes are given to the toppers in the B.Tech (Chemical Engineering / Polymer Engineering) Examination conducted at the institutions where Student Chapters are functioning.
