Membership
IIChE is the apex professional body of chemical engineers in India. It has a membership
of about fifteen thousand including Corporate Members and Student Members. There
are forty-one Regional Centres and forty-seven Student Chapters of the Institute
in different parts of India. Many members of the Institute serve on various technical
committees of the Government of India and of chemical and allied industries. Read

IIChE offers several different membership types such as Individual Membership ( Fellow, Member, Associate Member ), Corporate Membership, Organisational Membership and Student Membership. One can become a member of the institute subject to fulfillment of certain eligibility criteria and completion of other formalities. Application Forms Dully filled application form along with supporting documents(copy of degree certificate,SSLC book page for age proof ) and non-refundable account payee demand draft/cheque (IIChE, Kochi regional centre, payable at Kochi ) to be send or handed over to Hon.Secretary/Chairman or Executive member of IIChE Kochi regional centre which will be recommended and send to head office, Kolkota.
